In 2025 we are pleased to announce that we will be launching our Yellow Mouse Studios Animation Academy, for young people aged 14-17yrs, from our training centre in Exeter.

The courses are aimed at young people that have a an interest in or considering animation as a future career, and are taught by our animation trainers who each hold a degree in animation, an award in education and training (for teaching within a post 16 education setting), industry experience and an enhanced DBS certificate.

From April 2025, we will be offering two training pathways:

 

Animating with Adobe

Animating with Moho

​

Each pathway will have an introductory module, which is aimed at those with little to no experience of using the software, followed by 3 further levels and masterclasses led by animation professionals.
